She is powerful, unapologetic, and commands your attention. 

 To the woman who is confident in her body and is not afraid to turn heads when she walks into a room. To the woman who will not conform to societal standards for 'how' a woman should dress. She is bold, daring and electric.

This collection represents a juxtaposition between soft femininity and bold eccentricity. The ruched fabric repeated through out was hand sewn into place to achieve an effortlessly draped affect. Paired with colors and silhouettes that bring out the leading lady in us all.

This collection was designed during my semester in New York as a guest student at the Kent State NYC Design Studio.
